1. General

By using https://www.md.lt or https://www.mantasdigital.com (“Website”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. The materials on this Website are protected under applicable trademark and copyright law.

Mantas Digital, MB (“Mantas Digital”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own conduct, content and communications when using our Website, software or services. You agree not to:

(a) Purchase, use, attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any materials, software or products offered by Mantas Digital, except as expressly permitted.

(b) Interfere with the normal operation of our systems or attempt to access them through means other than the interfaces we provide.

(c) Circumvent any restrictions placed on your account (for example, creating new accounts to regain access after a previous account was closed for a violation).

(d) Conduct security testing, vulnerability scanning or penetration testing of Mantas Digital systems without prior written authorization.

(e) Use manual or automated tools to extract, scrape or collect data from our Website, software or service interfaces without written permission.

3. Services

Mantas Digital provides web development, e-commerce development, digital marketing, consulting and related services (“Services”) under separate agreements with each client.

All Services are delivered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue increases, search engine rankings, conversion rates, traffic volumes or other performance metrics. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, your own actions and third-party platform changes.

Our total liability for any claim arising from Services is limited to the fees you actually paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

4. Digital Products

Mantas Digital offers digital products including WordPress plugins, API keys and subscription-based software (“Products”). These include, but are not limited to, EU Withdrawal Button for WooCommerce and Honeypot Guard.

Products are tools, not legal or compliance advice. While our Products help implement certain technical requirements, we do not guarantee that using them will make you fully compliant with any law, regulation or directive. You are solely responsible for verifying compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including by consulting qualified legal counsel.

Mantas Digital is not liable for any fines, penalties, regulatory actions, lost revenue or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, our Products.

Products are licensed, not sold. Your license to use a Product is valid for the duration of your active subscription. API keys are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, reselling or redistributing API keys or Products without written permission is prohibited.

Subscription billing, pricing and renewal terms are displayed at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current price until the next renewal.

Refunds and withdrawal rights are governed by EU Directive 2011/83/EU. You may exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal at /withdrawal.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

All materials, Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Website, Products or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mantas Digital, its officers, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence or otherwise.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims, regardless of legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Mantas Digital in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Website, Products or Services at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use any Products is revoked and you must destroy all downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or hard copy form. Failure to do so will result in a fine of €10,000. Any fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

7. Accuracy of Materials

Information on our Website may contain technical or factual errors. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any materials. We may update content at any time without notice.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, review or control third-party content and accept no responsibility for it.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
