    The most crucial step was conducting a conversion audit, which allowed us to thoroughly analyze the website. This was critical because only through a conversion audit could we identify existing shortcomings and opportunities that needed to be implemented. This step ensured that our actions were based on specific data and effective.

    After the audit, programming actions were carried out, allowing us to implement the gaps found during the audit on the website. This included improvements in website structure, usability, speed, and other important factors.

    These actions helped us achieve our set goals and improve the efficiency of the e-commerce store and customer retention.
